I am thinking of buying a super-automatic espresso machine How long do these machines typically last? And what is the repair cost if they break? This is for home use, so I would use it on average once a day.

Sometimes it dispenses water, sometimes it doesn’t. There’s no distinguishable pattern as to when it works or when it doesn’t work. What could be the source of this problem? Additional note: the main water line that leads to the fridge is also split off to feed my automatic espresso machine. That machine never has problems with water. This leads me to believe that the problem has to be something specific to the fridge.
